Thanks for bringing up some great ways to keep in close touch with your customers and get better feedback. For someone like me who suffers from pseudo perfectionism, Frank mentioned to just get your stuff out there even if it might not be perfect just don’t abandon it once you get it out there. So important is that comment. Serve first and collect the check after, but do serve first. Some great marketing lessons here… appreciate it guys. Great message.
I just listened to Frank’s interviews — Part 1 and Part 2 — and was reminded of some pointers that I had heard in the past but are just a important now as they were a year ago (List Laser Challenge). Branding and list building are a couple of things I am trying to concentrate on now, and having heard what he had to say about these important topics is great reminder. Great interview!
